We get two. Both Dublin.

1st, 1884. Son of James and Eliza, Kiltipper, Tallaght, County Dublin. Father was a labourer.

2nd, 1880. Son of James and Kate. Cumberland street, Dublin, a Railway Porter.

If I remember there was a Michael from Cumberland Street in FMP.

Back in a mo.

Just one small piece of the jigsaw connects them, if we can find it I reckon.

Thanks for all your help, a fresh mind is a great help.

 Kind regards.

I can't see anything either - another one where it looks like a death cert would have to be the next step.

Next !

If he died in Ireland I would have a good chance but in Gallipoli, not a chance. I did look in the Inniskillings book and he is not there either. Maybe something will turn up later in the Herald, finger crossed.

 Thanks again Craig!

Kind regards.

I really hate to do this but could I have a bit of info from the overseas Census, even just his age would be great. He was with the Royal Irish Fusiliers and spent a long time in India. I am sure I can find his family if \i knew his age.

Sorry about this lads and lassies, but I gotta ask.

Kind regards.

No problem at all Tom. Born 1888, he was with the 2nd RIF in 1911 in India.

Craig, would there be a Sergeant Patrick Collier, RIFus in the census also please? If so does it also give his age?

Sorry Craig, I am sure you are busy, but I really would appreciate it.

Kind regards.
