Sergeant Lancelot Watson 2nd Royal Sussex

Remembering Sgt Watson, Old Contemptible of 2nd Sussex, who was badly wounded in the fighting for what would become Clarks Trench to the north west of High Wood, on the 16th /17th August 1916 and died from his wounds on 6th September in hospital. He is buried in his home village, High Hurstwood near Buxted. RIP  not forgotten JH

Hi Keith and Kevin, no from what I could find there was no relation, not to say there wasn't but I couldn't link them I'm  afraid
