Guest CJC Posted 15 May , 2003 Share Posted 15 May , 2003 The war memorial in the churchyard of St Michael's Church, Betchworth, Surrey, has the following inscription: William Guy Wallis Stoker on HM Submarine L6 Can anyone provide any general information about the use of submarines during WW1 or anything specific about this vessel and what happened to it.
