Remembered Today:

Cardiff RWF Somme artwork memorial

Recommended Posts

If you liked the Tower of London poppies then you should also like albeit on a much smaller scale the immersive art work memorial in Cardiff bay to the 923 Royal Welch Fusiliers who died at the Battle of the Somme and have no known grave. The 923 lights are white during day time swaying in the breeze, you can walk among them and as dusk falls they glow pink gradually turning blood red in the dark!
