PJC Posted 21 May , 2016 Share Posted 21 May , 2016 Hello Friends, I am trying to research a RFC officer Lieutenant J G Russell. I believe his full name is James Gordon Russell and from what I have unearthed he was part of the 28th Squadron on the Italian Front and died piloting a Sopwith Camel on June 15,1918. It's ironic I was able to find the specific record of his death but at the same time I am having trouble finding his medal card or additional records. I would appreciate any help in finding additional info about this hero. Thank you!
