Trench map la Boutillerie Nov 1916

I have started reserching my granfather's military service and I would just like to track down a colour trench map of the trenches around la Boutillerie which is south of Armentieres (and south of Bois Grenier). My granfather fought with the the NZRB B Company 2nd Battalion and was injured on the front on the 12th of November 1916.

From my initial research I believe he was in the trenches near la Boutillerie. The trenches I want to capture on the map include:

The trenches north of Abbots Lane

Abbots Lane

Barn Ave

Barn Tram

Boutillerie Ave

Convent Ave

Convent Wall

Devon Avenue, plus

The front line German trenches from Ned Trench up to Near Trench

I have found one map online from the NLS website which is Map 36SW (1:20,0000) Edition 8A - British First World War Trench Maps 1915 - 1918 however this doesn't include any trenches north of Abbots Lane, so I am looking for one from late 1916 that has the township of la Boutillerie in the middle of the map if one exists. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
