I am attempting to locate the position in which Second Lieutenant Stanley Edward Rowbotham of the 1st Bn A.I.F was buried on the 6th January 1917. His service record states that this occurred at Pioneer Junction just to the east of Gueudecourt in France. I have viewed all the relevant Australian war diaries for this period but non of the maps record this position.

Any help would be appreciated.
