Thanks for posting. My Grandfather saw action in these campaigns and I am trying to add to my scant knowledge of his involvement.

Thanks for posting this book. The only problem is I didn't find a single map, which made following the campaigns difficult and most of the photos weren't there either.

This book was originally digitised by Google. Unfortunately, most books digitised by Google appear to lack fold out maps, and many lack photographs as well.

Usually books which have been filmed by the Internet Archive (Archive.org) are much better in respect of maps/photographs.

However, for the above publication, the Google digitised edition appears to be the only one available.

Perhaps in the future, an edition with maps will become available.from a different digital library website.
