Cap Badge Identification for Cardiff Pals

Hi I'm looking for some help in identifying the Cap badge on the postcard. I'm afraid the postcard is a little out of focus which makes identifying the Regiment more challenging. I think it could be the 11th Cardiff Pals Battalion Welsh Regiment. Any help would be much appreciated

Regards

Simon

I think it's British. Looks a little like King Edward's Horse or Border Regiment but I don't think one of those.

Anything more on origin the photo?

Yes. Agreed, but I still think its Brit.

The Cardiff Pals did not wear the badge that many attribute to them, it was worn as a collar by the 16th service bn of the Welsh regiment, the cardiff city Bn or Cardiff boys, not the pals who were the 11th Bn.
