CWGC added the following casualties to the WW1 Commonwealth War Dead Roll today.

GOULD, Harry

8 Bn, Royal Fusiliers

Died 07.09.14 Age 21

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance

LEE, Thomas

Private 31731

Depot, Welsh Regiment

Died 26.02.18 Age 38

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance

RINGHAM, William Henry

Private SR/117

3 Bn, Royal Sussex Regiment

Died 11.11.16 Age 44

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance

NOT FORGOTTEN

The above were In From the Cold Project cases

- Pte Gould died of heart failure (Volunteer: Paul Briers)

- Pte Lee died post-discharge of tuberculosis (Volunteer: Steve John)

- Pte Ringham died post-discharge of tuberculosis (Volunteer: Mandy Hall)

Thank you to Terry and Chris for their help in getting William Henry Ringham recognised by the CWGC. I am also very pleased at how quickly this has been achieved, as it is only a couple months ago I came across him.

In time, his grave will be marked with a headstone - his grave doesn't have a headstone currently - to acknowledge his short service.
