Ken Lees Posted 20 November , 2004 Share Posted 20 November , 2004 Having downloaded Tim L's excellent screensaver I now want to create my own, using pictures from my own collection and theming it to my own specific interests. Can anyone point me towards an audio files online that might be suitable? I'm thinking of soldiers' songs (Tipperary etc), music files that might be played at Remembrance services etc, readings of poems? Any pointers gratefully received. Half-pint Posted 20 November , 2004 Share Posted 20 November , 2004 Library and Archives Canada hosts "The Virtual Gramophone - Canadian Historical Sound Recordings" at http://www.collectionscanada.ca/gramophone/index-e.html. And in case other readers are interested, the same government department hosts "Sheet Music from Canada's Past" at http://www.collectionscanada.ca/sheetmusic/index-e.html. Hope this provides a starting point, Regards, Alison Causton
