No author is given on the paper but elsewhere the author is given as Rumen Cholakov. This is a link to a pdf download. Once downloaded, depending on your browser, you may need to look in your download folder. The camp at Plovdiv housed all British and most French prisoners from 1916 onwards. Archive.org link given.
