nrp Posted 3 July , 2015 Share Posted 3 July , 2015 Hello, I have a 1917 Xmas card which is from carries an ATN insignia to the front, however I have been unable to identify which branch or service this is. I apologize as this is a rather simplistic request but would appreciate any ideas from the good people of this forum. An image is attached. Thank you in advance

Steven Broomfield Posted 4 July , 2015 Share Posted 4 July , 2015 ATN was the divisional sign of the 18th (Eastern) Division. "ATN2 ... "18" ... see what they did there?
johnboy Posted 4 July , 2015 Share Posted 4 July , 2015 ATN2 ... "18" ... see what they did there? No. Where does the 2 come into it?
Steven Broomfield Posted 4 July , 2015 Share Posted 4 July , 2015 Very funny. Apologies for the typo. Erratum: for "ATN2", read "ATN" throughout.
