Does the entry actually say he died at home?

Could the Regt be wrong?

It does not say he died at home, it does not say where he died at all. Could his regiment be wrong? anything is possible. If we cannot find him with the information provided, it may be incorrect information to start with I reckon. I am heading into the library in the morning and will have a look in the papers to see if there is any other mention of him.

Kind regards.

Tom.

Morning all, I did not make it to the library yesterday but I a heading off just now. Before I go would you please use your lateral thinking to find this lad in the CWGC, its beyond me. He is John Grey, 18487, RIFus, Died in Salonika 23/09/1917.

Kind regards and my fingers are crossed for both lads.

Tom.

On another note, there was nothing on Joseph McCabe in the library. It was worth a shot, but, unfruitfull, dang.

Kind regards.
