John Smith - killed in Zeppelin raid at Ramsgate

I don't know how easy this will be:

John Smith who died of injuries and shock, after the Zeppelin raid on Ramsgate (16th May 1915).

John Smith was staying at the Bull and George Hotel, Ramsgate.

He died on the 18th May 1915 - and was described as old.

Mrs Smith was also seriously injured and later died.

The couple lived at Hythe Road, Thornton Heath (Croydon).

Can anyone please help with John Smith's age, and the details of his wife....??
