Johno7439 Posted 27 January , 2015 Share Posted 27 January , 2015 I've been asked to find out anything about the above soldier. All the information I have is this: His surname was CREE and he served in the RFA (I have no first name or initial unfortunately), I know he was born in Dundee around 1895-1898. A cursory search of the NA MIC throws up 9 cards for Cree. Can anyone with perhaps access to ancestry or something similar check if there was indeed a Cree born around this time?? kenmorrison Posted 28 January , 2015 Share Posted 28 January , 2015 There are just three males named Cree, born in Dundee 1895-1898 on scotlandspeople. Assuming that these are the Thomas, Robert and Joseph that "R" has posted above then only Robert Cree has a medal card for the RFA - Acting Sergeant L/6700.
