i am hoping someone might be able to help with any details about John O`Toole thought to be 2nd Btn Middllesex Regiment, Born in Worthing 1898 fought in WW1 married 1923 and lived in Worthing until his death in 1963. I have searched everywhere I can think of but cannot find a thing about his service.

Mike

There are two John O'Toole on Medal Cards for Middlesex Regt. One was KIA leaving G/48926 who served with 17 and 1/8 Battalions to war's end.

There are 33 soldiers in the cards with John and O'Toole, some have extra forenames, and 31 have other Regiments. You need to be sure you have no other detail to add.

He entered war after 1915.
