Neil Mackenzie Posted 8 January , 2015 Share Posted 8 January , 2015 Let's start again. I have hidden a few posts in case you are wondering including several that were fine in themselves but related to slightly divergent posts. Neil
Retlaw Posted 8 January , 2015 Share Posted 8 January , 2015 Several years back there was some work done on the Memorial. They ordered Nori bricks from Accrington, when the bricks arrived they were in Imperial sizes 9x4x3". Some one decided it would be easy to cut them to the right length, One expensive diamond saw ruined in no time. They had to reorder a new batch, this time in metric. Often wondered what hapened to the first batch. Any one know.
