addeter Posted 24 December , 2014 Share Posted 24 December , 2014 Hi again Just trying to find some more information about this man. He was my great grandfather's brother. Only found out about him last night. I found his attestation short service document at ancestry. He attested in 1915 in West Bromwich into the Army Service Corps, no. 018396, and later was transferred to Kings Royal Rifle Corps, no A203739. The short service document is stamped with that regiment's stamp. It looks like his information was part of a burned record. If anyone has any information or insights to share, I'd be very grateful. Thanks. Antony

My mom and her second cousin are this man's great niece and nephew, and will be fascinated to hear about this. Thanks again Antony
