British submarine(s) in Constantinople Harbour

I've so far been unable to trace this sinking, however I note that the Pink List for 1^st January 1916 gives only three submarines under the Vice Admiral Eastern Mediterranean – E.2, E.14 & H.2

 I thought Entente submarine stopped attempting to enter the Sea of Marmora once the land troops were evacuated.  E2 which was recalled on January 2, 1916. I thought that was the last submarine sortie.

 

The Illustrated War News of March 1, 1916 which published the photo indicates a recent submarine attack after the evacuation. Of course that could be war propaganda.

yep I went a did a search immediately after your post and that is one of the results.
