3 missing soldiers, Newmains, Cambusnethan, Morningside, Chapel all La

Douglas, I have taken pictures of every war item relating to Cambusnethan,Newmains,Morningside and Chapel from 1914 -1918 and there is no mention I'm afraid, I have transcribed almost 575 items to text and my eyes are almost shot! I wonder if there is any Connaught experts on the forum. I had someone check Ancestry for a service record but sadly no luck. Thanks for the help so far Douglas. Regards, Ally

William Lawrie's father was born in Ireland so his joining of the Connaught Rangers is probably due to his family background.
