Ballynahinch War Memorial

Hello, just to let you know Ballynahinch County Down are getting are getting a replacement memorial due to the deteriorating condition of the present one which is made of reconstituted lime stone ,the new one will be granite .The local council (Down District) are helping fund this and tenders are out at present but we need to raise a little money ourselves to do the ground work around it and as way to fund raise we have been kindly given permission to reprint "The Reminiscences of Capt D.J Bell" which will be for sale at a cost of £5 and a badge has been produced at cost of £3 and for anyone interested you can purchase a cobble for £5. I have also got my son to put a small website together for me of the Ballynahinch and Dromara men which is still a work in progress , many thanks to Stephen Nulty and Nigel Henderson for photo's and information.
