Hello everyone

Can anyone give an ID for the aircraft in which 2nd Lt Charles Gordon PROCTER was killed on February 20th 1916. He fell from his aircraft after it nosed dived and rolled over during a training flight at Catterick.

Many thanks.

Regards

Simon

Many thanks for the reply nieuport11. I'd already downlaoded the RAF Casualty Card, but wondered if anyone knew of a serial to tie in.

As well as the Casualty Card, the National Probate Calendar lists him as Procter, but the report of his death in the local Morpeth Herald newspaper gives his name as Proctor. Easy mistake for the newspaper to make, I think.

Regards

Simon
