Killed in action 6th November 1918 Buried Cabaret-Rouge British Cemetery, Souchez, Pas de Calais. "Fight the Good Fight" his favourite hymn sung at his memorial service at All Saints' Church, Kenton on 24 November 1918 and engraved on his headstone. Remembered here in his home village.
