Transfer of men from 8th South Lancs to 2nd Royal inniskillings

I am trying to find when in the war a group of men were transferred from the 8th South Lancs to 2nd Royal Inniskillings the list below from the Medal Roll (except Duff) have identical details of previous regiments. This search was just men with numbers 4970* (who ended up last regiment Royal Innis) there should be quite a lot based on this.
