I suspect a (particular) member of the Manchesters Forum will be able to find Walter's cause of death. Have you noted the W Hearon as an employee of East Lancs. As you know, the DC is the key factor for any death in the UK and you'd need to get that. We'll be happy to assist with the submission if you wish and, if we do make a submission for you, we'll be happy to refund you the cost of getting the DC.
