Gareth Davies Posted 25 August , 2014 Share Posted 25 August , 2014 You will be quite a long way south of the 3 main GW areas of fighting; the Izonso (now in Slovenia) is >400km away, Trentino (to the east of Lake Garda) is >300km, and Vittorio Veneto (north of Venice) is also >300km. Ron da Valli Posted 25 August , 2014 Share Posted 25 August , 2014 Me and Mrs Da Valli visited Arezzo whilst staying in Tuscany about 10 years ago. There is a war cemetery near Arezzo but I think it's mainly a WW2 cemetery. A bit off topic but there used to be an antique fair in the streets on the first Sunday in the month.
