Originally created by the widow of the man who founded and donated the famous Tretyakov Art Gallery a few years before 1914 based on the large military war art and graphics collection of her husband and then after 1914 turned into a museum for the war and closed by the Bolsheviks this museum in the SAME building as pre-1914 will in fact arguably RE-OPEN in August 2014. Fascinating and congratulations to the Russians for doing this.
