Chris_Baker Posted 1 July , 2014 Share Posted 1 July , 2014 According to an email from Findmypast today, "We are delighted to let you know that we are now including 12 months free access to our newest partner site, Imperial War Museums Lives of the First World War, as part of your annual findmypast subscription." E Wilcock Posted 4 July , 2014 Share Posted 4 July , 2014 A similar note from the Times offers their regular subscribers on Times+ a year's free sub to the UK section of Find My Past. Since we alreadt take the Times, I have taken this up, because, if it joins me up with the IWM site sources I can probably put my info on the IWM site with less hassle. And stop having to ask for help here.
E Wilcock Posted 9 July , 2014 Share Posted 9 July , 2014 Trust me - I failed to join up the FMP sub with Lives Site. FMP informed me that the 1911 census entry was the one I had purchased all those years ago, but I had to paste in the reference just as if it were on ancestry. (or pay).
