Can someone help me fully identify a man who wrote a diary I have been given?

His name is given as A. W. Peake, and he served aboard Tilbury from her commissioning in late 1918 through at least July, 1920. He seems to have been a gunner of some type, possibly a gunlayer.

Thanks in advance.

Very likely this man. HMS TILBURY was a Chatham ship. She was recommissioned at Chatham on 5 August 1920 after a two-year commission in the Med and her previous ship's company was probably paid off into Chatham barracks (HMS PEMBROKE). This man was serving in PEMBROKE when his WW1 medal trio was issued to him (1920-21?).

You surely have the right guy. His last entry is July 26th, 1920, and says "Left Plymouth for Sheerness & Chatham". They'd just gotten to Plymouth from Constantinople.
