Dear All.

Bit of a long shot here, but I was wondering if any members had access to the medal roll for the battalions of the KRRC. I'm trying to find out more about John T Lucas, number R-11837, and I'll not be able to get to Kew to check the roll for some time.

I know he arrived in France on the 3rd September 1915 which I take to mean he was reinforcements for one of the battalions already out there as I can't see any battalions landing that day.

Any help at all would be great.

Johnnie

That's fantastic. Can I ask wager you found the information? I couldn't find a service file for him on ancestry.

Thanks again,

Johnnie

Hi Johnnie

John Thomas is on Ancestry, but his Pension Records have him in the Worcestershire Regiment under the same Number 11837.

All the best

Tony
