- Rfn Ashworth died post-discharge of gsw to the head received in action (Volunteer: Ralph Davidson)

- Pte Banning died in action (Volunteer: John Hartley)

- Pte Biggs died post-discharge of tuberculosis (Volunteer: Sean Connolly)

- Sjt Parrant died of pneumonia (Volunteer: David Grant)

- Pte Suter died post-discharge of tuberculosis (Volunteer: Gerald Tidswell)

- Pte Townsley died by drowning (Volunteer: Derek Robertson)

- Pte Wilson drowned in Grangemouth Dock (Volunteer: Derek Robertson)

A belated well done to all involved. RIP.

As a matter of interest, who found Major Hugh Hunt? I had him on my "In Process" list but had yet to purchase the death certificate. I recall seeing a story on the ABC last year about some people researching war graves in, I think, Cornelian Bay Cemetery (Hobart), so perhaps they found him.

Major Hunt was DAAG and QMG of Tasmania (same for West Australia prior to that).
