I'm reading this at the moment and it is a fascinating account. The chapters are self-explanatory but what stands out for me is the resourcefulness of members of the unit and the Austrian prisoners of war in turning an old building into a highly efficient medical establishment using whatever resources and skills were at hand together with good nursing and medical care.
