his service number is 20019 he served on hms Malaya. In the royal marine light infantry

I have some pictures of him and wanted to know more.

Hi

He was born at Aldershot on 17 April 1899 and enlisted on 19 April 1917. Occupation; footman.

Mother Agnes at Woodbine Cottage, Daggons Road, Salisbury.

Unpaid Lance Corporal on 25 May 1919 and reverted to Private 28 November 1919.

Left service 18 March 1922.

Hi Dave

I'm his grand daughter and my dad has his service records and family history including photos if there are any blanks you need filling. By the way I think you'll find it was Alderholt near Fordingbridge not Aldershot!
