Would someone be able to look up the bibliography of the DSO (Creagh & Humphris 1978) for Major Hugh John Duff. He was in the Lovat Scouts but attached to the Liverpool Regt.

Duff, H.J. [D.S.O. L.G. 16.9.18], Lt. [A/Major], Yeom.; M.C. Killed in action 6.9.18.

Duff, Hugh John, M.C., Lieut. [Acting Major], Yeomanry, attached Liverpool Regt.

"For conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty during an enemy attack. He commanded his company with marked ability, and at a critical time sent back valuable information to battalion headquarters. He showed courage and cheerfulness under heavy fire."
