Can any one explain dro a/r f/a and see some very well known names hms hood hall jhon wellington lt cmd, 2 from football battalions, and seager berry home guard, and a vivian 1946 capt, and last one chp chaplin, how did a home guard die on english soil thanks for posting

Just picked up on your post.

 

The Stevenage Churchyard cemetery (St Nicholas) contains a CWGC grave of a Home Guard casualty (James Froy) who died following an insect bite while attending a training camp in the UK.  As a result he died of blood poisoning.

 

His name appears on the town's war memorial.
