Now checking out all of the names on the Hollybrook Memorial

Son of the late Frederick Joseph and Elizabeth Circuit; husband of Henrietta Circuit, of 32, Shallcross St., Everton, Liverpool.

Grave found at Anfield Cemetery Liverpool; with thanks to Kathy Donaldson

The entry in the original CWGC register shows that he died of wounds at sea en route to UK from France

Soldiers Effects showed he died at the Highbury VAD Hospital.

Recent research has shown that Gunner Cook is buried here. The Commission is in the process of erecting a headstone to mark his grave. Please note that this casualty was previously commemorated on the Hollybrook Memorial; his name will be removed when the appropriate panel is next replaced.
