Recommended Posts

Henry Ellis was an Irishman who emigrated to Australia shortly before the war. He enlisted early and served in New Guinea and Gallipoli. He later served on the Western Front where he died of wounds on the 16th April 1917.

I wrote a story about his life earlier in the year-

An eventful life not forgotten.
