Its not the best photo but essentially it has the inscription of the title. Anyone know to whom it may have been issued and what event, who was involved etc?? Thanks for any contributions. Known as the 'B' specials, they were eventually disbanded in 1969 (I think). The B specials were well into shooting competitions with marksmanship and weapon handling being highly regarded within their ranks. I do know they had Lewis Guns.
