Woolwich Depot No 4 - 1914-1915

Hi All,

I am attempting to find some information on what regular RFA or army units were based at Woolwich Depot 4? during the first year of the war? I would be ever so grateful for any pointers or data?

Just a long shot but my grandfather served in ASC until killed in france 1916 and he enlisted in Sunderland but was immediately put into ASC because of his horse handling skills. I suspect Woolwich was the ASC base as he was shipped from Woolwich to France in January 1915.
