2nd Lt Julian Norman Gidley, RFA (SR)

I am struggling to discover which brigade of the Royal Field Artillery 2nd Lt Gidley served in, and I am hoping someone can suggest how to take this forward. I have attached his MIC - you will see that he served in RHA and RGA, and then was commissioned into the Royal Field Artillery (Special Reserves) in May 1916. He seems to have gone into active service almost immediately after this before becoming ill in November 1916.

His service records are at TNA, but do not contain details of where he was posted, or of which brigade he served in. He appeared before a medical board in December 1916 - the report from this describe his disability as having commenced in November 1916. He was repeatedly signed off as unfit for duties, and was admitted to Craiglockhart with neurasthenia in April 1918. The Craiglockhart register shows him as having been "in the Field" for 5 months. He was finally declared as permanently unfit in August 1918, and his SWB entitlement is shown on the MIC.

Is there any way I can find out where he was for those 5 months?
