14th Bttn Royal Irish Rifles

Hello,

I am trying to find Enlistment/Attestation Papers for my Uncle Pte Frederick William Perrott, Rifleman, who in WW1 served in the Royal Irish Rifles 14th Battalion Reg No. 42258. Formerly he was in the TR/13/70424, the 111th T R Battalion. he died 23/03/1918. Does anyone know if there are any surviving records of soldiers recruited for both these battalions, and if so where I can find them. I have looked on Ancestry and Find My Past WW1 records and found no Enlistment/Attestation Papers. Do they exist for these battalions for soldiers who died in WW1?

So far I have found my Uncle's grave record from the Commonwealth War Graves commission, Pozieres Memorial and Ireland's Memorial Records, , and his medals from Ancestry, and casualty records from The Genealogist. Frederick William Perrott was born in Camberwell, London 1897 where he was enlisted.

I appreciate anyone's time and help on this.

Kind regards

Chris Russell
