British units in Australian & Canadian Diaries

The excellent Australian War Memorial War Diaries contain much useful information on British units

For example, the 3rd Australian Tunnelling Company diary for July 1917 has some excellent maps and reports etc, and contains information on the following units in the Hill 70 Loos area.

18th Brigade 16th Division
11th Essex
2/DLI

16th Brigade 24th Division
1/The Buffs
8/Bedfords
1/KSLI
2/Y & L
16th TM Battery
