Noor Posted 4 December , 2013 Share Posted 4 December , 2013 Hi all, Just checking is there anything else available regards 22027 Private Christopher Taylor from RAMC. I found his MIC but that's about it. I know he was entitled BWM and VM. Perhaps any RAMC researchers has some good ideas where else to look or where to dig. Also I may have mis-looked his Service/Pension papers. Kind Regards, Noor
Noor Posted 6 December , 2013 Author Share Posted 6 December , 2013 Spent again few hours without any results of searching around. Looks like MIC is the only source that is available of his service.
Laird of Camster Posted 7 December , 2013 Share Posted 7 December , 2013 Noor, its not uncommon to find no service papers, for WW1 soldiers. With a Corp like the RAMC it will be very difficult to ascertain anything further (unless he was a casualty). He has a fairly common name to, which will make searching the census very difficult. I don`t even think its possible to ascertain which unit he served in by his service number but I maybe wrong. Lots of luck!!!
