Hedley Malloch Posted 22 November , 2013 Share Posted 22 November , 2013 Dixon's was a leading firm of Sheffield cutlers and silversmiths. In the 1920s a memorial was erected in their works at Cornish Place in Sheffield. The firm went out of business in the 80s. The factory was either pulled down or converted into flats. I have heard that the memorial was saved and re-erected. But where? Does anyone know? You can find a picture of what it looked like here: http://www.picturesheffield.com/frontend.php?keywords=Ref_No_increment;EQUALS;t00273&pos=2&action=zoom Many thanks in advance for any help.
