Enlisted for 12 years 18th April 1903.at Portsmouth previously Merchant Seaman

Ships:

HMS NELSON

HMS FIREQUEEN
HMS EURAYLUS
HMS VICTORY II

HMS VERNON
HMS HECLA
HMS SAPPHIRE II
HMS BLAKE
HMS VICTORY II
HMS HECLA
HMS ASSISTANCE [A SUPPORT SHIP]

to September 1919 then joined Royal Fleet Reserve on 12th September 1919. demobbed 21st June 1921 from Victory II RFR

Character VG ~ G [Very Good Good] with a slip to "FAIR" in 1903/4 whilst aboard HMS FIREQUEEN

He looks to have been recommended for discharge in 1904 but given a chance for improvement for a further report in 6 months.....

Is there any more info available online about his time as a merchant seamen or at the RFR I could search for?
