FMP has 8795 P Leddington as a Sergeant. link 2nd RWF with a Gunshot wound to the scalp. He doesn't appear to feature on CWGC

 

Edit: a download of DCM Casualties from CWGC doesn't provide any suitable candidates whose surname begins either LE or DE with a first initial P.

I wonder if the memorial has been changed since its unveiling in 1933?

The reason is that I count 16 names on the photo yet according to the report of the unveiling in the Western Mail 18th September 1933 there were 15 men from the village who died in the conflict.

Edit: perhaps the 16th could be the Navy man but the number fifteen is repeated in at least one other article from the time.
