TJames Posted 9 November , 2013 Share Posted 9 November , 2013 Hi I am doing research on another member of the Carmichael Family who's name is 2nd Lt. Archibald Carmichael (Lt. George Gordon Carmichael's brother). He was at first a member of the Lothian and Border Horse Yeomanry and was later transferred to the 108th RFA as a 2nd Lt in 1918. He did training back in England in 1917 for what i guessed was so he could become a officer. Does anybody have information on him or the 108th RFA? Thanks TJ PS: He died of his wounds on the 22/5/1918 and is in Vignacourt Cemetery.(i think he was injured whilst being the Observation officer on the same day)
