baird Posted 7 November , 2013 Share Posted 7 November , 2013 Can anyone please give me as precise a present day location as possible to Map57c.T4.b.8.3. Also if anyone has any record of this being a former war grave cemetery site. This location supplied by CWGC as 'previous burial site' of Private 10576 Thomas Baird 2nd Battalion Seaforth Highlanders, KIA 14th October 1916 and subsequently reinterred in Serre Road #2 in 1932. Many thanks Baird

baird Posted 18 November , 2013 Author Share Posted 18 November , 2013 Sorry for not replying sooner. I am extremely grateful for your information. Would the CWGC be the only people who could tell me if there was ever a war grave on that site or if he just 'turned up' in 1932? Sincere thanks once more, Baird
