It's excellent work by the contributors, and I've read it thoroughly. As I suggested above, i'm not trying to embark on a project as ambitious as the scan thread because the necessary examples may not be available. The army form scan thread contains 160 A.F Army Forms (as well as many other types), whereas the list above contains about 450 already. I do not believe such a list can be found anywhere else on the internet, which is the point of the exercise. I'll add a link to the scan thread in the opening post. However some of the forms numbers had a different purpose in my service day, for example the 1809 was for soldiers discharge or death in service. I remember checking the mobilozsation staionary box with a good mate in October 1990 prior to his deployment to the Gulf. We joked that 500 1809's may not have been enough. (E.g. D 420 from "Conditions of Service in 1st Class Army Reserve" to "Nurses Record of Service" by 1930. although this does seem quite rare. Also, i'm almost sure I've inadvertently included some that were obsolete by 1914, and there are others that I can't find as early as ww1.
